Eating High Vibrational Foods and the Embracing the Highest Vibration of All- Love written by Maria Khaled RD, LD

 

When we think about eating high vibrational whole foods, some may cringe, some may indulge and others may remain apathetic to it. Is it really important to eat foods such as fresh fruits, whole grains, vegetables, green salads, kale, spinach, broccoli, lean poultry, and stay away from sugars and processed foods? The answer to this question is yes if we truly want to live a healthy lifestyle, develop a healthy relationship with food, and slowly transform into that greatest version of ourselves.  

 

However, it is only when we go within, meditate and start to truly develop self-love, that we can really embrace the idea of eating high vibrational foods to help us on our spiritual journey into transforming into the greatest version of ourselves. It is only when we are truly ready to adapt the proper mindset to embrace a healthier relationship with food, knowing it will fuel our body with the nutrients it needs, that we can honestly want to make eating these foods a habit.

 

We know love is the highest vibration of all and above all, self-love, true self-love, is one of the greatest gifts that anyone can give themselves. Once it is achieved, it can literally transform your mind, body and soul and help guide you on your path to transformation. It is only when we nurture, give care. love and compassion to ourselves, that we will ever truly know how to have a healthy relationship with another and love unconditionally, not expecting the other person to fulfill our own needs. We need to be the change makers for ourselves and then, if circumstances arise, allow another to come in to love and grow with, complimenting each other along the way.

 

How we treat our bodies, as we know, is important as to how we are showing self-love to ourselves. If we are nourishing it with high vibrational whole foods such as fresh fruits, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, seeds, lean cuts of poultry and lean proteins, avoiding alcohol and sugars, and getting enough water in daily, we are on our way to really nourishing the mind, body and soul. We are showing ourselves the true self love we feel for ourselves and that love being the highest vibration of all, can allow us to attract someone on the same high vibration to compliment, not detract from, our newly found selves.

 

Being mindful of the importance of what we put in our body and how it affects our mind, body and soul is important on our journey to true love for ourselves, another and for the good of the world at large. Be the light in the world and remember to truly show yourself compassion and kindness in a cancel culture that many times can treat people like appointments rather than loving, caring individuals that have hearts and souls. Also, yes, it is important to treat yourself to those yummy foods on occasion that you do truly enjoy, being mindful of a healthy balance and knowing that with true self-love, you can do magical things in the world!
